FAQ
1. Only the products purchased by our company and purchased from authorized dealers will be subject to the warranty scope and after-sales service of the company. There are 2 years from the date of shipment (Oceanic+ Dive Housing is 1 year, OrcaTorch is 1 year) free product warranty ( Except for exceptions) and after-sales service (depending on product conditions), the company will be repaired free of charge due to damage caused by product defects during the warranty period, or replace new products or equivalent products of the same type.
*Products not purchased from an authorized source MAY NOT be authentic, be complete, have all design and production updates, meet our company agent of brands performance and quality standards, and may have been tampered with.
2.we guarantees, to the original purchaser only, that the equipment purchased is free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational scuba use, provided proper care and maintenance have been performed as prescribed by the owner's guide or instruction card included with the equipment for the period outlined below. Should this product prove to be defective for any reason (other than those listed as limitations below) the product will be serviced or replaced at our sole discretion at no charge (excluding shipping and handling).
*This warranty shall be void if the equipment has been tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by our company to perform service, or if the equipment is used for rental, military or commercial purposes.
3. Warranty does not extend to cover theft, loss, or damage due to accident, abuse, tampering, lack of maintenance, or exposure to excessive temperature, extended sunlight, or deteriorating chemicals. Service or modifications by any person or persons other than an Authorized our company Dealership voids the warranty. Our company will not be responsible for recovery or replacement of the product in the event of loss or theft.
4. Products is not our company agent brands or not sale by us. For maintenance or warranty, please contact the original store.
5. During the period, the warranty of products which after repair and maintenance are still based on the original shipment date. (After the warranty period, the product repair and maintenance service , and the replacement parts will be guaranteed for 1 year.)
